Brainfit speaking engagements and interactive

presenter, Corinne Lille Gediman, is an adult learning specialist
with 25 years of experience designing and delivering educational
workshop for corporate clients around the world. She is
a subject matter expert on memory, mental agility, and total
brain health. Her new book, Brainfit:
10 Minutes a Day for a Sharper Mind and Memory; is available
on www.amazon.com. The Brainfit book
is an interactive, daily workout for your memory and your mind. It
is written in conjunction with Dr. Francis M. Crinella, Clinical
Professor of Pediatrics, Psychiatry & Human Behavior, and
Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at the University of California,
Irvine. Dr. Crinella is an authority on brain plasticity, the
ability of the brain to rewire and adapt in response to new learning.

Biography:
Corinne Gediman is a corporate training consultant
currently working with The Forum Corporation, an international
training and consulting company. Ms.Gediman has spent the
last 25 years turning complex behavioral research into practical,
easy to apply business skills. Ms. Gediman has trained
hundreds of individuals in Fortune 1000 companies in the “how
to” skills of management, leadership, customer service, and sales. She
is a recognized program designer and trainer in corporate America.
More recently, Ms. Gediman turned her attention to the subject
of “memory and the aging brain”. Her interest was spawned
at a high school reunion in which her baby boomer classmates
were discussing their concerns and fears about memory decline. Ms.
Gediman decided to use her extensive experience in behavioral
research and training to create Brainfit: 10 Minutes a Day for
A Sharper Mind and Memory. Brainfit was designed and written
under the mentorship of Dr. Francis Crinella, Director of the
Neuropsychology Laboratory at the University of California at
Irvine. Dr. Crinella is a researcher, clinical professor,
and subject matter expert on brain plasticity (the ability of
the brain to undergo regeneration in structure and function).
In addition to her corporate work, Ms. Gediman continues to
promote her book and deliver workshops on “How to Regain Your
Brain”. This year she will be a featured presenter on the
Queen Mary II. She and Dr. Crinella continue to partner
on other Brainfit products and training ventures.
Ms. Gediman is a member of the American Society for Training and
Development, The Alzheimer’s Association, The National Council
on Aging, and the National Speaker’s Bureau. She is married
has one child and a dog and splits her time between Boston and
South Florida.
